With finals and end of the semester papers it took me nearly two weeks to get to another top AFI movie. I finally watched The Apartment last night and it was a wonderful film. Shirley MacLaine was gorgeous! Her short haircut made her an adorable little pixie. Jack Lemmon was so cute in his time and seeing those two on screen together was great. Of course the fairy tale ending was inevitable. This movie also made me want to move to New York and live in an apartment but I probably wouldn't "rent" it out.
